Michael O. Wright, LSA

Michael has over 30 years experience in the surgical assisting and operating room arena. This experience ranges from Cardio, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Otolaryngology, Plastic, Spine, Thoracic, Vascular, and Da Vinci Robotic Surgery.

Michael is also a clinical adjunct Associate Professor in the Surgical Technology Program at Austin Community College. Mr. Wright is certified with the National Surgical Assistants Association (NSAA), American Board of Surgical Assistants (ABSA), Association of Surgical Technologists (AST), and is licensed through the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners.

James Goodwin, LSA

James trained in the US Army and has been a surgical first assistant for over 39 years. His specialties are Orthopedics, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Ortho/Spine.

James has lived and worked in the Austin area for over 30 years, he attended Medical School in Durango, Durango, Mexico. He graduated in 2003 and returned to Austin to continue working in surgery.

He is licensed by the Texas Medical Board (TMB), certified by the American Board of Surgical Assistants (ABSA). He is a current member of the Association of Surgical Assistants (ASA).
